Initiating Services: We have streamlined our process and hope you will find it convenient. To initiate services, simply click the “reach out” button below and indicate your first and last name, email address, date of birth and the reason you are seeking services at this time. If the intended client is your child, please specify his/her/their name and date of birth in the message (the portal account will be created under your child’s name). You will then receive an email invitation to set up a client portal account. From your client portal, you will be able to view and sign the standard intake documents, request and book appointments, attend telehealth sessions and pay for sessions. Therapy sessions are in-person or telehealth if preferred. Psychological testing and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy sessions are in-person only. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Location: We are located in the historic Livestock Exchange Building in Kansas City, accessible from I-35, I-70, or I-670.

The building is ADA compliant, with easily accessible handicap parking, ramps and elevators.

Payment: We accept all major credit cards and Health Savings accounts (FSA/HSA). We are unable to accept insurance at this time, but can provide a superbill for clients to file with their insurance providers. If you wish to use insurance, please contact your insurance carrier regarding reimbursement of an “out-of-network provider” prior to scheduling with us.
